Dirty bathroom.

The location is fantastic, with easy access to transportation and a variety of amenities like restaurants and grocery stores. The apartment is well-equipped with kitchen facilities and a washer and dryer. The bed in the first bedroom is comfortable, and there is ample wardrobe space. Check-in process was smooth and the hosts were responsive.

The location was absolutely stunning and convenient, close to public transportation, restaurants, and shops.

The apartment was very clean, in a great location near restaurants, had a perfect stay for a night, and received a complimentary ironing service, which was a nice bonus; also, I really enjoyed the owner.

loved our recent stay in london! lilac at hammersmith exceeded our expectations. the location was superb, just 10 minutes to tube stations, bus stations, and the westfield mall. so many restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores nearby. the apartment had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer. check-in was easy and smooth.

I was thrilled to find towels provided in the apartment. It's always a delight to have something to dry yourself with after a shower.

Oh, what a shame that the nearest airport wasn't right on the doorstep. How inconvenient!

The apartment at Lilac At Hammersmith is absolutely stunning! The bedrooms are cozy and comfortable, making me feel right at home. The living room is perfect for relaxing after a long day of work, with a flat-screen TV for some entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen is a great bonus and has everything I need to prepare my meals. I love the homely vibe of this apartment.

Personally, I found the hot tub in the bathroom a bit unnecessary. But hey, that's just me!

Mind-blowing location with super easy access to tube stations, bus stations, and a jaw-dropping shopping mall. Tons of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The apartment had all necessary facilities, including free Wi-Fi, a dryer, electric kettle, and cookware/ kitchen utensils. We enjoyed watching movies on the flat-screen TV. Plus, it was a relief that there were no pets allowed and no smoking on site. It was such a super experience!

Nothing everything was great.

We had a fantastic stay at Lilac At Hammersmith. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the tube station which made it easy for us to explore the city. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice linen and towels provided. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Emily who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. There were plenty of shops and a big Tesco nearby for any necessities we needed. a great experience.

The kitchen could have been better equipped with basic cooking essentials such as oil, salt, and sugar.
